Founder Eli is an experienced restauranteur with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. Skilled in catering; expert in food & beverage; an extensive operations and multi-unit management background; and to cap it all a strong program & project management professional. Eli has all the expertise to deliver any and every venture.


 
 

Zach Cooper

Operations Specialist

A deep experience in the fast casual food market; multi-site management & operations, handling numerous openings and working as a Managing Director, Zach has delivered rapid, successful growth for restaurant groups as they scale. A great affinity with technology coupled with years of experience of food, menu development & recipe testing, he blends strategy, pragmatism and intuition.


 
 

Julie Delion

People Specialist

Julie’s expertise in developing people strategies (recruitment, culture and values, onboarding, training, progression, and retention) for food brands spans over fifteen years.   During that time she has helped companies to expand their labour force and structure systems that allow for rapid growth.  In addition, Julie holds expertise in project and change management.  Julie’s approach to these areas is based upon keeping the employee at the centre of change.   This allows her to successfully implement complex changes in large organisations through empowering front-line champions.


 
 

Dan Perriton

Sales, Marketing, Partnerships

Dan spent his formative working years in a variety of pubs, bars and kitchens, before going on to hold several sales leadership roles across medium to large global-scale businesses.

Having worked with stakeholders at all levels (including c-suite) across a number of different industries, Dan has developed a hands-on, detail orientated approach geared towards truly understanding the unique challenges faced by businesses today. This allows the Twice Baked team to offer highly tailored solutions to each of our clients, through our deep industry knowledge and market-leading technology partnerships.

In addition, Dan is charged with driving the growth of the Twice Baked brand, overseeing the acquisition and development of key revenue generating relationships with partners and customers in existing and new markets.

With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector he has a talent for identifying and solving problems.  Starting off as a junior team member to eventually owning his own restaurants, Alec has acquired an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of both large and small operations.  As a previous restaurant owner, he is well versed in the challenges of building, growing, and maintaining a restaurant.  Alec’s experience helps to ensure new clients are using the right technology, the right way for their business.

Growing up alongside his family’s butcher shop and catering business, he developed a genuine passion for cooking. He also comes with a decade of experience in startups spanning tech, finance, and outsourcing, Louie brings a practical and solutions-focused approach to the table. His unique blend of culinary roots and tech proficiency positions him as a versatile partner, navigating the intersection of food and business with practicality and skill.

Yannis has a strong passion for food. His experience starts from opening hotels and restaurants to running multi-site and multi-brand venues. Through the years, the passion grew to include cost control, recipe building, supply chain, hospitality software and mental health. Yannis has a keen eye for detail and a soft spot for training others in best practises of the industry.

He is well-versed in the hotels and restaurants business, with experience in openings and running of multi-site and multi-brand venues. His passion revolves around food, and has grown to include cost control, recipe building, supply chain, hospitality software and mental health. Yannis has a keen eye for detail and a soft spot for training others to set up and maintain their systems efficiently and with confidence.
